What dishes are available?

We are currently building our menu with dishes like Pav Bhaji, Dal Makhani, Idli Sambar and lots more. We will keep adding new dishes as we go.

How is this made?

The dishes are prepared with the freshest and most high-quality ingredients. Then, using the freeze-drying technology (same technology used for making instant coffee) to remove the water content and preserve the nutrition of the dishes. When you add hot water, the dish recreates itself. It's kind of magical.

What's the best way to store these packets at my home?

Store in a cool and dry place. No refrigeration required. The packets will stay fresh in the pantry for almost 12 months. Once packet is opened, consume with 1-2 days.
